General Information and Policies

  • All Rooms Include Complimentary Breakfast-continental breakfast in Summer & breakfast buffet in winter.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to state and local taxes.
  • Summer Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Winter Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
  • PLEASE INFORM US ABOUT LATE CHECK-IN!
  • Private Party Room and banquet space is available.
  • Extra Person Charge/night: $30 (Summer)
  • Roll-Away Bed/night: $15 (Summer)
  • Extra Person Charge/night: $60 (Winter)
  • Roll-Away Bed/night: $15 (Winter)
  • Enclosed Parking: $15/night (Summer)
  • Enclosed Parking: $12/night (Winter)
  • Complimentary parking at Vail Parking Structure in Summer
  • All Rooms are Non-Smoking
  • No Pets allowed.
Note: One car per room only on a first come first serve basis (AVAILABILITY NOT GUARANTEED). Additional vehicles are $25.00 per evening and ONLY subject to availability.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Winter Policy:
  • An advance deposit of $ 500.00 per room is required upon booking.
  • Final Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival (40 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations).
  • Your deposit less a $ 150.00 cancellation fee is refundable only if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (40 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations).
  • Reservations cancelled within 30 days (40 days for Christmas reservations) of arrival forfeit all monies paid.
Summer Policy:
  • An advanced deposit equal to one night lodging is required upon booking.
  • Final payment is due upon check-in.
  • Your deposit less $50.00 handling fee is refundable if notice is given 48 hours prior to your arrival.
For your protection, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE.

The main floor features men's and ladies' skiwear, clothing and home furnishings. Our second floor is a ladies' boutique featuring sportswear, shoes & jewelry.
