General Information and Policies

  • All rooms include complimentary continental breakfast.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to state and local taxes.
  • Summer Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Winter Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
  • PLEASE INFORM US ABOUT LATE CHECK-IN!
  • Private Party Room and banquet space is available.
  • Extra Person Charge/night includes Roll-Away Bed: $30 (Summer)
  • Roll-Away Bed/night: $15 (Summer)
  • Extra Person Charge/night includes Roll-Away Bed: $60 (Winter)
  • Roll-Away Bed/night: $15 (Winter)
  • Enclosed Parking: $10/night (Summer)
  • Enclosed Parking: $12/night (Winter)
  • Large SUV’s, Trucks or Vans are not allowed in our garage
  • Complimentary parking at Vail Parking Structure in Summer

  • No Pets allowed.
Note: One car per room only on a first come first serve basis (AVAILABILITY NOT GUARANTEED). Additional vehicles are $25.00 per evening and ONLY subject to availability.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Winter Policy:
  • An advance deposit of $ 500.00 per room is required upon booking.
  • Final Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival (40 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations).
  • Your deposit less a $ 150.00 cancellation fee is refundable only if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (40 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations).
  • Reservations cancelled within 30 days (40 days for Christmas reservations) of arrival forfeit all monies paid.
Summer Policy:
  • An advanced deposit equal to one night lodging is required upon booking.
  • Final payment is due upon check-in.
  • Your deposit less $50.00 handling fee is refundable if notice is given 48 hours prior to your arrival.
For your protection, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE.
